During a Secure SSL session, data passed back and forth between your computer and our server is secured by using public key cryptography. Your computer exchanges key information with OAvillan computers to create a private conversation that only your computer and our system can understand. All credit card transactions have added security because they are broken into two (2) parts, scrambled, then sent through 2 different secure databases.
We will only charge you sales tax if the order you place is being shipped in the state of Florida. All orders outside of the state of Florida will not be charged sales tax. Florida sales tax is 7%. If you are a resident of Florida and have a resale certificate you will not need to pay taxes on your purchases.
We usually ship orders within 2 business day. UPS Ground is the most common method of shipping and is also usually the cheapest on orders over $25.00. Transit times can range from 1-7 business days depending on your location in relation to our distribution warehouse
Absolutely not, our prices are low because we order in large quantities and not because we sell defective merchandise. Every item we sell is new and comes with a manufacturers warranty against defects.
OAvillan does not have a showroom. In order to keep overhead low and merchandise costs even lower we have only an internet business with no showroom. We do have a warehouse for shipping and conducting business but due to insurance reasons we are not allowed to have customers in our warehouse.
